Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has revealed his knee injury is not serious, despite being seen hobbling away from Selhurst Park.
The Argentine striker was forced off in the first half of the Blues’ 1-0 win over Crystal Palace after being hit with a heavy challenge from Scott Dann.
But despite Aguero looking uncomfortable with ice strapped to the injury, he believes the issue is not too bad, which will be good news for Man City boss Manuel Pellegrini ahead of the Champions League clash with Juventus.
Aguero tweeted: “Thanks everyone for your concern. I got a hard hit and it prevented me from playing more. It doesn't seem to be a serious injury though.”
